Returns

You will require a returns authorisation number to return any item from our catalogue. You must telephone our office (01254 888102) to be issued with an authorisation number before returning any goods.

Unrequired goods for credit will only be accepted within 7 days of invoice and must be in unused perfect condition and in original packaging, fully un-tampered and will be fully inspected by our warehouse manager before a refund or replacement is made to you, which ever you prefer, After 10 days a minimum 25% restocking charge will apply. No goods are accepted for return after 30 days.

Full purchase detail - our order number, must be included on all returns.

All goods are to be returned at senders expense.

No special items (non stock lines) will be accepted back for credit.

Warranty Repairs

All products bought from Cateringbox.com have a minimum one year parts only warranty, and most items also include an onsite labour warranty which also runs for one year. If any in any doubt please contact us by phone or email, 01254 888108 sales@cateringbox.co.uk.

In the unlikely event that a product fails during its warranty period please call 01254 888102 and we will arrange an immediate repair or replacement part.

Please note that some items have a back to base only warranty, which means that the item must be returned by you and it will be sent for repair at our repair centre then returned to you in full working order.
